Delivery Information

Custom-Made:  Most physical items available for purchase are custom made. These items are made after your order is placed; we do not maintain pre-made items in these categories, so that we can best modify for your particular needs. During busy seasons, please expect up to 4-6 weeks for shipment; usually sooner.

Available items:  Items that we have made and are readily available will ship next business day. 

Continental USA: Flat Rate shipping is $10 per order.  Non-Continental USA: Alaska and Hawaii are flat rate of $15. 

Everywhere else: Flat Rate shipping of $50 per order. Please inquire if you anticipate the shipping fee will be significantly lower than this so that I can provide a custom code for you. 

You will receive a tracking link when your order is shipped to you.

• If you have not received your order within 7 days from the date of shipping, please contact us to investigate with our local post office or UPS office. 
• International customers: customs can be quick or slow. Please wait 3 weeks before contacting us to investigate the package's location. 

Problem with your order? Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for a prompt resolution. After this date, the order is assumed to be complete and closed out.
